Not really a curse as such, the C900 tranny is the wekest point in the car, but it only stands out because the rest of the car lasts so well. I've had many C900s with the older tranny lasting well over 150k miles. Do you have any symptoms? Whine which increases in pitch with speed? If not, I really wouldn't worry about it - they fail slowly, and give plenty of warning. One of my 900s was whining for well over a year before I swapped the tranny. > Did this solve the 100 k curse?
