I checked with my brother and he assures me that it is NOT fitted with the DI cartridge. I was wondering if it was possible to retrieve the fault codes stored in the ecu, but a search on some of the Saab websites reveals that his system is the LH 2.2 which has no provision for self diagnostics without expensive testers. So it looks like a Saab main garage job.
