Subject: Re: 87-900: Should there be pressure in the gas tank?

My '88 8v has the same intermittent problem with left turns on low fuel. I figure the fuel is sloshing away from the pump during left turns. I thought about replacing the pump, but I've just gotten into the habit of keeping it more than 1/3 full. No gas smell in the cabin though (knock on wood).
