Subject: balljoints/alignment



While pricing balljoint replacements for my 88 900S, the first shop said I
had to have an alignment after the balljoints were replaced.  The second
place made no mention of the alignment, and was substantially cheaper.

Is alignment after balljoint replacement mandatory, or just preferred
