If you're sure the turbo is running fine, then the gauge may be dead. To check, buy/borrow a pressure gauge that goes up to 30psi, hook it up with the gauge inside the car, and test drive it. But my guess is that you have an air leak - possibly the hose that goes from the manifold, through the firewall and to your gauge. Check that first. -- Grunff
