Blow all the crap out with an air line (this needs doing every 6 months or so) Then try packing it round with some foam, to stop the vibration (do not block the airway) You may not need to remove it to do this, but you will still need to pull the radio to gain access, to pack it round. > 3 - If I need a new fan - does anyone know of a cheaper source than my local > Saab dealer? > You could try second hand, but are unlikely to find a quiet one.
