OK, I can't be only one with this problem! My 1993 9000CS has a tiny fan in the dashboard (just below the seat warmer switches) that makes an annoying brrrrrrrrrrrrring sound. I think that this fan is for the ACC cabin air sampling. Does anyone know: 1 - how to remove the thing. I pried off the front cover plate (with the slots that let the air in). Now what? Does the fan pull out (I can't see how), or push into the dash for removal (and if so, how do you reach behind to get the thing out!). 2 - why does it vibrate? Is it a problem with the mounting (which I suspect, because if I jiggle the fan/hold it with a finger I can get it to stop buzzzzzzzzzing) or the fan? Can it be fixed? 3 - If I need a new fan - does anyone know of a cheaper source than my local Saab dealer? Thanks in advance! Joe
