I dislike spammers, people who try to cheat their way through life, and people who go against usenet conventions (like, don't post a binary to a text newsgroup). He broke the rules on someone else's forum, not once but twice, by ignoring a warning that's right in front of one's face when they're using the site. It's not rocket science...
