I ran Pirellis on a Classic Saab 900 with air shocks without any issues, but I did not have to opportunity to drive over 80 mph. I wish I could have tested it at the speed you are mentioning. You could try reducing the pressure in the air shocks to see if that helps at all, although keeping the pressure up in my Saab improved the "low" speed handling.
