If there's a gap then water will run down the Interesting you should mention this because yesterday I saw a couple of drips on the carpet up near the firewall approximately underneath the left-side wiper. I'll check all this stuff when I have time next week. One thing is for sure, the floorboard is starting to rust out underneath the passenger foot well due to water collecting there. I plan to replace that section, since there's a small hole, maybe a couple cm square, and it's bound to only get bigger.
