I would be surprised if a 9000 did not have a similar screw (a bolt actually), even if it has a plastic fuel tank.. Well, I don't remember seeing a drain screw on my C900, even though it had a plastic tank. Never needed to look for it, though. I've exchanged email with the origianl poster, and it looks like he's going to siphon out the diesel, refill with gasoline, and go from there. I can't see any world-ending problems with that; I'm reminded that a large number of agricultural tractors run on both/either. In any case, the small percentage that's left after siphoning it dry, compared to the 17 gallons or so of fresh gasoline, is pretty dilute.
