No special tools/skills are required to drain a 9000 tank. There is an anti-theft mesh in the way, so you can't just poke a tube down the filler pipe. All you have to do is disconnect the filler pipe further down, poke a tube in, and pump the entire contents out. Alternatively, remove the fuel pump (under the floor at the back - takes maybe 10 minutes), and pump the fuel out that way. Either way, this is a job which would take a competent home mechanic no more than 30 minutes to accomplish. So find yourself another garage who know what they're doing, and you'll be just fine. -- Grunff
