All very good reasons. then this must also beg the question, "why Hirsch performance"? I have heard from many people posting to this group that they have enjoyed many years of terrific performance after these mods. So after all this I do confess that gas economy has somewhat suffered but I attribute this to the "leadfoot" syndrome - I just seem to want to push it at every opportunity. Other than that, under normal conditions it is a completely different car with much better characteristics.
