I don't think your squeak is within the door or the plastic surround. Its probably the rubber door seal squeaking as the body flexes. I have this problem too, but there was a Saab "fix" for it, which simply involved applying a silicone lubricant. Mine only occurs on the drivers door, which suggests a usage cause...
