Just interested in this > level-headed group's "aggregate opinions"! What's wrong with a flame war? What's the point of asking this question if you don't want to watch the flames. I'm only half joking, too. I've had three Saabs: a 1987 9000S which I owned from 1991 to 2000, a 1986 900 turbo, which I owned from 1993 through 1999, and a 1995 9000CS which I've owned since 2000. Hard to say which is the best built, the 9000 series seems pretty good. Sorry my data isn't very up to date. As you can tell, I like the economy of owning old cars. -- Tom Reingold Noo Joizy
