Subject: Temp Controls, 99 9-3



Anyone have a problem with the plastic knob falling off and breaking when
adjusting the temperature control?  Mine fell off and the part had to be
ordered.  The service rep said the internal plastic component had been
stripped, however, I find that hard to believe since I've always been
careful whil adjusing the temp controls.
