Oh, with one exception. The centre console walnut dash insert cracked through at the point where the door unlock switch is located. Saab said trim was not covered under the extended warranty, and the walnut dash was considered to be trim. I complained about this, pointing out that the dash had cracked because of a design defect - a very thin width of dash with a sharp angle in it, causing a high stress point. They then offered to pay half the cost, which I accepted. They also reinforced the replacement trim so it wouldn't happen again. Under the terms of the warranty, they could have refused to pay anything, so I was grateful for small mercies. Oh, and on one trip to the dealer for a warranty repair, they "lost" my car for 48 hrs. Never got an adequate explanation or apology. I changed dealers immediately! -- Regards, Peter Wilkins
