http://saabnet.com/tsn/class/convertibles.html#021205mplum Own Super low milage 1994 CV that just turned 30k in OCT!!! When I bought the car in Oct. of 2001, it only had 22,000 miles! This one WAS really driven by a sweet old lady that traded it in on a 2001 SE 9-5 wagon. She only put around 2500 miles a year on it! The 1994 CV even had the original tires on it when I first got it.I still have them for that concours look! This fine example of classic 900 is blue, with blue top ( extra $500 option these days) and light gray leather heated interior. It has the best classic 900 radio combo with cd and eq in lower DIN, and the tape and radio players in upper. Even the fonts on the gauges are upgraded, to look like the 9000 guages the later With heated seats, rear glass, and power windows and locks, it hass all the options. I changed the turn lamps on the fenders to the clear turn signals of the Viggen, and the oil and tranny fluids and filters. I have only used synthetics such as Mobil-1. In the last year it recieved a new SAAB battery- (original lasted 8 years), I fixed driver and pass. seat to recline properly, done a recent undercar inspection, and fixed powersteering leak,( took out seats ) and steam cleaned carpets, put in a new slave cyl. and have used Chevron and Ammco 93 octane. Dash is uncracked. Garaged 90% of its life. on recent trip, I recorded getting over 35 mpg for over 300 miles!( going 65 mph) Has wooden shift knob New from SAAB ( no longer available I heard) and is in really nice shape. Car only needs new home, as I have just bought another! SAAB. I drive at least once a month with the top down, you gotta love the heat and heated seats in these! Will talk about delivery for extra charge. I have the original wheels for the car if that is what you desire for an original look. In the picture it is shown with 1998 9000 super-aeros with 195/50 16 dunlop 9000 tires. I will sell these with car ( plus the original wheels for $1000 extra. these wheels were brand new 6 months ago and tires were also. They only have about 5k miles on them. To be sure car was ready to sell, I took it on 3 trips and on the last trip ( 1100 miles to florida and back) the power steering belts and alternator/waterpump belts broke, so those are all new as well, as I changed them out. They went out not 2 miles from Autozone! luckily there was no major over heat and we made it home!) I got a certified SAAB Tech. to look over the car when I got back. he tightened the belts and wheels to spec, and did a 45 min check up. It is at his garage getting front brake pads with rotors and tune up ( if needed) this weekend. He has done 95% of the work on the car since I had it, and only the dealer techs have worked on it since new) It is the lowest mile CV I have seen in the country that is actually driven.
