Subject: plastic temp control knob, '99 saab  S



Anyone have a problem with the temp control plastic knob that's located on
the dash falling off and breaking while they were adjusting the temperature?

The part had to be ordered when it fell off on my car.  I was told the
internal component was stripped which caused the piece to break.  This piece
seems very fragile since I've taken great care to ensure that I dont twist
the temp control knob too roughly.
