I would think that they'd give you the new car in even exchange. Apprently, they don't know how to fix your existing car, and/or want to analyze it to to figure out what's up with it. Personally, I'd be happy with an even-up exchange for a new one, but if they offer you some nice options, that'd be a plus. Maybe you could mention how happy that sort of thing would make you...who knows... Dave Hinz
