I've done this on 2 900s and a 99, with varying degrees of success. The two methods I used were: Remove shell, scrape off all the foam, then: [1] Seal the whole shell with polystyrene resin, wait for it to set, apply EvoStik, and smooth on new foam backed fabric. or [2] Use M3 upholstery spray adhesive all over, and smooth on new foam backed fabric. Method [1] takes a lot longer, and costs more in materials, but it worked better for me (used it twice). Method [2] is quicker and easier, but the fabric started coming away from the shell at the corners after a year or so. If you can buy a pre-lined shell at a reasonable price, it's well worth it - it's not a nice job. -- Grunff
