Guessing that this car has 150kmi+. If it is a vibration which is load dependent and not speed dependent, it is probably an inner driver. I would not replace one of these with a used one. Get under the car and see if there is any appreciable radial axle movement when you grasp and try to move it. There should be no appreciable movement. This is probably on the right inside driver. It is probably low or out of grease after being baked by the exhaust pipe. This has probably accelerated the wear of the inner driver surface. The driver itself (cup) is over $100.00, but I do not know what its current market cost is. Get is from Saabsite.com or one of the other suppliers. If you are lucky, the tripod joint may still fine, but you may need one of these as well. Make sure you put it on the axle correctly. The chamfer goes toward the tire. Replace the boots as well. Take the CV joint (outside end) completely apart and clean/inspect the balls and races for wear. Disassembly is covered in the Bentley manual and probably online at twinsaabs.com and maybe at townsendimports.com. You will find that the 74.00 axle is only the outer CV/axle/inner tripod and 2 boots. The inner driver is *not* part of the assembly. Good luck!
