Look around on ebay, I bought a full set of pads and rotors for my 90 9000 last year for about $150 for all 4 wheels. If there isn't too much rust this is about an hour and a half job for all 4 wheels. The wiper motor can be dead forever, who cares The oil leak is best left to someone who can see it. But, with good care that car should last a long, long time.
