Subject: Advice dealing with dealership service

I am looking for advice regarding what options I have for dealing with a dealership that apparently is unable to fix my 97 900SE. I took the car there over 2.5 months ago and it still isn't fixed. The problem is that it started hard (cranked for 20-30 seconds) before starting when it was cold. When the air temperature was warm it started just fine. It's an intermittent problem but I live in Vermont and it has been cold enough for it to consistently act up. The dilemma is that the dealership is putting in dozens of hours and they have already replaced parts that have not fixed the problem. I feel like I'm getting hosed and would like to know what options I have. If I take the car now I owe them well over $1,000 and the car isn't fixed. If I wait the price will keep going up. Would SAAB USA help? Are there any consummer protection avenues to pursue or are lawyer the only way? Ned
