After three sets of rear calipers (all rebuilt) and a lot of fiddling by a so-called brake specialis, if I try to use the hand brake to do anything more than hold on a very , very gentle grade, the rear brakes seize or lock on. I can release this by stomping on the brakes several times at about 5 to 10 MPH. The brake guy trips something on or near the caliper(s).. This appears to be worst at or below 32F (0C) which it is here right now, plus or minus a few degrees. Anyone out there have a suggestion? I hate parking in gear and my habit is so ingrained that I invariably try to start in gear My first carover forty years ago was a big mother of a high powered 1939 Cadilliac convertible which wawould pass anything in North America but a gas station. If I recall it got 5 mi / Imperial gallon. I have driven a stick ever since. And, yes today I get 35mi / US Gallon cruising. The Saab is a '92 9000 Sedan with about 120K miles. Any direction or clues would be appreciated. Malcolm
