Mijne has 3-point belts on both hind (side) seats and 2-point on the middle seat. 9000 CSi model 1992 However, If you are looking for a second hand car you should keep in mind that Saab 9000 is one of the most expensive cars in this size-class to maintain. The spare parts are at least 50% more expensive than for its competitors (Merc. BMW, Audi...) I bought mine new - straight from the factory - back in 1993 and I will never again buy a SAAB.
