Dexter, thanks for the reply. Actually, your problem is not the same as mine. I havce had my car since '88, and the anti-lock light has peridodically come on since about '92, i.e., a good ten years. That is probably a sensor. When the light is on, it is indicating the anti-lock action is inoperable. It never proved to be a problem, so I never bothered to have it fixed. But when my brakes went out yesterday, they went out dead - one minute they worked fine, the next they were out. The dealer told me today that the calipers, pads, rotors are okay.
