I can also see why the factory will not pay. Imagine if they said 5K, but I wanted 2.5K, or 1.5K, you get the point. Since there's no problem with changing the oil more often, how about you DIY or have an independent change it for you ? Buy Saab or A/C filters to keep everything unquestionable, change it or have it changed, and you're all set. Bob
