Twice I had mine replaced under warranty and both times the dealer put in the cheapest available. Anything to save a buck. I have owned both the 900 and 9000 and for some reason they are "very" stiff to crank in cold weather. I have owner several chevys and 2 chryslers, incl V8s but none compare to the stiffness of the saab The average temp last week was -20 C when I got off work so I am using 5W30 castrol synthetic oil in the engine and gearbox, seems to help......... a little. Now if only I could convince the boss to let me park indoors!!!
