A couple of times when I have been there ( I visit with my single parent son and cook for my grandsons and am there about every six weeks) my Saab has surprised me and needed help. My son sent me to a local service guy, a Jack (probably Jacques ) Gagnon who has a service operation adjacent to his home. I believe he works only on referral but I have found that on the Saab he went directly to the problem without "breaking stride". Some Saab problems may be too arcane for him but I have not noticed any reluctance. If you are interested, email me and I will get his number from my son.
