Subject: Re: Need advise buying new gen 900

You learn something everyday on this forum. So, the gearbox has to be pulled to replace the clutch in a 9-3. My manual transmission cars are a Classic 900, which has the clutch up front and a 245 with the traditional rear wheel drive train design. Are most other front wheel drive engines/transmissions like the 9-3, requiring the gearbox to be pulled to replace the clutch? I don't think the Saab 9-3 is unique in this aspect.
