Well I have a 2001 9-3 , and my problem with electrical (all interior light disabled among other things) was found to be caused by the wire wearing out inside the sunvisor .... took the dealer almost a week to find out ... and yet they did not .. I did , when I played with things and bingo , touch the visor and whole slew of electrical (cruise control included , interior lights , etc ) went down .
