I feel that i must apologize for posting this a second time but the first time did not produce any answers. So here it is again: "After three sets of rear calipers (all rebuilt) and a lot of fiddlingby a so-called brake specialis, if I try to use the hand brake to doanything more than hold on a very , very gentle grade, the rear brakesseize or lock on. I can release this by stomping on the brakes several times at about 5 to 10 MPH The brake guy trips something on or near the caliper(s). and this causes them to release only to seize again if the brake is set normally.
