If the Saab was an AWD, it'd be a > no-brainer. Well, not to start a holy-war, but if Saab needed to be AWD to perform well in winter, they would have gone AWD decades ago. The weight distribution, center of gravity, and suspension geometry are all set up to make it handle well, summer or winter. Dave Hinz
