Was it hot out? Sounds like you vapor-locked the clutch slave cylinder. That really shouln't happen to such a new car. The clutch fluid may be contaminated and suseptable to boiling. Without a functioning clutch she's bound to shift pretty hard! Have all your brake and clutch fluids vacuum flushed and replaced with fresh DOT 4 fluid (SAAB fluid is excellent). Castrol LMA is good too. Woof!
