There are many reasons for this to happen. The next step interface with the computer and check for fault codes or Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). How that is done is model/year dependant. Therefore, we, the group, need to know more about your car ,other than it is a Saab, before we can offer much more info. Steve
