A doddle then :) I presume "snug" means when the bolts are tight enough to squeeze the new gasket but not push it out. I've only ever done this on a Metro before, which took less than 5 minutes (two bolts and a cork gasket), but I've always been a bit scared of touching too much on the Saab in case I arsed it up elsewhere - I'm getting a lot more confident now. I am a beginner, but prepared to have a go. It can look a bit daunting when tackling jobs for the first time and I always think it best to ask. Cheers Grunff.
