Are you packing for an emigration ? We (3 adults, two kids) drove from Copenhagen, DK to Norway (+500km each way, incl ferrying) in my 9000CS, carrying luggage, food and beverages (ever seen the prices in Norway?) for a week without any problems. Had to stuff some of the gear in the roof box, though (oh - and we rented skiing gear at the destination, of course...) Not that the 170HP is of much use on a icey Norwegian road, though (going 90kph feels quite fast enough...).
