Turbo was 16 valve, so anything connected with the engine, like the computer, will be different. Also, the hood is different, because the 8V engine had lower clearance requirements. Maybe something in the frame which would make it difficult to swap engines? I dunno, I'm thinking back to the V4/2-stroke days where there was a difference in the 95/96 frames and maybe 97 too.
