I just recall reading somewhere, and thought to file it away in the mental "I don't need to know why, but will be glad I remembered to check it when I got a niggle I couldn't solve" section. It's little things that can make ownership of a new vehicle a real nightmare. And I've just become an owner of a Saab a few weeks ago myself. previous cars were Skodas, and the old estelle would run on just about anything stronger than swamp gas, and keep running until right up until the ignition points welded together. Very simple basic agricultural, but strangely reliable. Proper KISS technology. I'm doing a lot of learning with the Saab. -- Carl Robson The poster formally known as Skodapilot. http://www.bouncing-czechs.com
