Find another dealer or an independent shop. I have driven a Saab since 1985 and I also have a Toyota. I found good technicians and no problems with either car. I got a Toyota because I looked at the newer Saabs and did not consider it worth the higher price - but that is just my personal opinion. If money was not an issue, I would have a 9-5 wagon.
