Remove the pocket and the handle being as careful as possible not to damage the plastic screw covers so that they still look nice when you put them back on, work them out gently. Remove the cover plate for the door lever by prying out the mirror control switch panel to reveal a fixing screw that needs to be removed. You may need to remove the armrest insert too, I can't remember, but if you do it is just clipped in place (once the door handle and door lever cover plate have been removed). Remove the light lens - 2 screws. Once you have removed all the screws it is just a matter of pulling the door drim upwards - it is held on with metal clips along the top edge of the trim panel.
