I'll tag it to the end - my Mum likes Norway, having lived there for a few years in her younger days. She always jokes about how the language sounds like a bizarre northern English dialect and how she could blag free nights at hotels for a bottle of spirit when visiting in the '60s. Sweden is first though. For my ultimate 30th birthday experience, rather than drive a Ferrari around a track at "speeds up to 70 MPH" (I can trolley a much finer car up the M62 at greater speeds than that), we're trooping off to the Saab Museum! I'm still looking into the exact details of the trip - I gather it's a taxi ride (just a little too far to walk) from Trollhattan, which is a mere train ride from Gothenburg. We'd like to stay for about a week and are still undecided whether to base in Gothenburg and catch an internal flight to Stockholm (my wife's favoured destination) for a couple of days, or the other way around.
