I've used Porterfield's carbon kevlar pads on my 9kT, and they work great, have practically the same bite/stopping power as OEM (and many replacement pads DO NOT) and I don't recall them costing much more, if any than OEM. There web page is bare bones: http://www.porterfield-brakes.com/ On Thu, 27 Mar 2003 03:06:52 GMT, Tux <epugh1nopsamp.rr.com> wrote: >Jim Quan wrote: > >> An old trick is to wash the wheels and then apply some acrylic floor wax. >> Future comes to mind.
