I think he means that the entries get close together as you go further up the speedo. There's a little of that that I can see on my NG900, but not a lot. 0mph is at 7 o'clock, at 12:00 you get 65mph. You hit 145mpg at 6:00. >Well, I see people's responses to you about the tires. I just can't get >over the people having the opportunity to drive as fast as they like. I was on a major highway last night for a 10 mile stretch under the worst of road conditions. Two lanes becoming four on each side, lots of jersey knees, lots of moves from left right every 1/4 to 1 mile, old to new pavement, rough, broken, wrong angles, the worst of conditions. Speed limit is 55mph, the great unwashed masses were averaging 75mph. Minivans with families, Dodge Neons with skinny little tires, SUV's, pickup trucks, all barreling along like the highway is completed. All tailgating each other in little packs of cars, with maybe 30-50 feet in between their vehicles. I wonder if these idiots know how long it takes to move your foot from the gas to the brake and depress it, and how far their car travels at 75mph in that time. I'm guessing no. Anyway, you've all seen it before if you drive in the USA in any mildly built up area. These people aren't qualified to drive at any greater speeds, because they don't have even have the sense to drive safely at the speeds they are allowed to go now. Bob
