I find that any negativity from wife or kids makes me feel depressed. Remembering my failures and news of other's success do not help. Once slumped into a sullen and depressed mood, it takes almost 24 hours to find happiness again. Most tough for me is to fall sleep when I feel 'down'. I find that ' running' and 'praying God' are the only two things that help me when I am depressed. I am thinking of seeing a physician and look for chemical help. Any suggestions?
