Unfortunately it's never convenient, but can be planned in for a few weeks time when I planned to do an oil change, or I can leave it until the next service (October) unless it gets out of control, but 6 months seems a long time to leave it now that I know about it. Either way its too much for me to do so I'll be leaving it to my friendly indy. > > This could be an 'opportunity' to fit a ported head ;-)))) > > I have vague recollections that this can be done cheaply using > > the head from an NA 2.3 engine which has bigger ports. I think the years to go for are '90-'92. From then on I believe the B204 and B234 engines had the same head porting, but that the earlier head had larger porting. I'm assuming of course that I can transplant my cam shafts into the older head, since I don't suppose I can use the cam shafts from the NA engine. > -- > Grunff Thanks for your help.
