What happens when you rev the engine? That's what I was thinking; a pressure-side of the turbo hose would be one guess. I had this happen a couple of times on my '88 900T, where a vigorous boost would blow the hose off of the pressure side of the turbo; replaced the hose clamp and all stayed well. Worth starting there, in any case. Dave Hinz
