This is getting anoying. This morning the linkage between the heater knob and the heater assembly of my '99 9-3 broke again. After the last time it was repaired, it still was a bit heavy to turn, but that shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't force the knob. But this morning I just turned the knob like I always do and it simply snapped again. Have more people experienced this? Does anybody know of service directives adressing this particular failure?
