Make sure you look after the coolant, use proper strength antifreeze, preferably Mercedes own brand, or you will have head gasket problems. Expect to have to replace camshaft and balance shaft chain/gears/tensioners every 100,000 miles. Engine mount problems are common too, the torque reaction mount at the rear rhs top of the engine will most likely be split, when this is replaced, also bank on replacing the lower hydraulidc mounts, or the top mount will fail again in a few hundred miles.
